1. Trader identity and contact
Neuron Prep is operated by [TO CONFIRM: registered legal entity name], company number [TO CONFIRM], registered office [TO CONFIRM], VAT number [TO CONFIRM, if applicable]. Support and legal notices: [TO CONFIRM: email and postal address].
2. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern accounts and purchases made through neuronprep.com. Before registering, you must actively accept the current Terms and Privacy Notice. At Stripe Checkout you must also accept the terms shown there. The English and Italian texts are intended to describe the same agreement. [TO CONFIRM: which language prevails if there is a conflict.]
3. Products and prices
We sell browser-based digital study materials: the Strategy Guide, Question Bank, and Full Package. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices displayed to consumers are total prices including applicable VAT. Stripe calculates and displays the final tax treatment and billing details at checkout. The price and currency shown on the Stripe checkout page are the binding transaction price.
4. Payment and access
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive full card details. Access is granted to the Neuron Prep account using the same verified email address used at checkout. Use that email when creating or signing into the account. Access may take a short time while Stripe confirms payment.
5. One-time purchase and duration
Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Access continues while we operate the service. If the service closes, we will give at least [TO CONFIRM: 30/60/90] days' notice and provide a reasonable way to retain purchased materials, subject to law and third-party rights.
6. Account security
You must provide accurate information, protect your password, confirm ownership of your email, and promptly tell us of suspected misuse. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. We may temporarily restrict suspicious access while investigating, but will provide notice and an opportunity to respond where appropriate.
7. Licence and prohibited use
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private study. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, bulk-download, share credentials, remove notices, create competing derivative products, or use the materials to train machine-learning systems without written permission.
8. Consumer withdrawal rights and immediate digital supply
Consumers may normally have a 14-day withdrawal right. For immediate supply of digital content, loss of that right may require your prior express consent and acknowledgement. [LAWYER/STRIPE CONFIGURATION REQUIRED: checkout must record the legally required bilingual consent before immediate access. Do not rely on this clause unless the actual Stripe flow satisfies the applicable rules.]
9. Refunds and defective service
Your mandatory statutory remedies remain unaffected. [TO CONFIRM: discretionary refund policy.] Contact us if access is missing, content is materially defective, or a payment was duplicated. Refunds or disputes may suspend or revoke the corresponding access.
10. Accuracy and educational disclaimer
Neuron Prep is independent educational material, not official exam information, tuition, medical advice, or a guarantee of admission. Exam rules, syllabi, dates, quotas and rankings change. Verify official requirements with MUR, Universitaly and the relevant university. Questions and explanations may contain errors; report suspected errors to us.
11. Automated study suggestions
Some optional features use automated processing and a third-party AI provider to phrase study suggestions from aggregated performance statistics. They do not determine admission, are not professional advice, and can be ignored. See the Privacy Notice.
12. Availability and changes
We aim for reasonable availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may maintain, secure or improve the service. Material changes affecting existing rights will be communicated in advance where required.
13. Liability
[LAWYER TO DRAFT: compliant consumer-liability limitation.] Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
14. Governing law and disputes
[TO CONFIRM with lawyer: governing law, competent courts, mandatory protections of the consumer's country, and any required ADR/ODR information.]
15. Contact and version
Questions: [TO CONFIRM: support email]. Version: 2026-08-06-en-it-v1. Effective date: [TO CONFIRM].
